ReviewKarma is not just another web site/product review company. We provide feedback to our clients with the complete consumer experience. Unlike other consumer product research companies, we believe the purchasing process, the consumer follow-up and the visibility of any fine print a company might have plays a large deciding role in repeat business. This is where ReviewKarma is different. We provide not only the feedback on our clients web sites and products, but a complete review of the purchase process. This valuable data allows our clients to make adjustments on their products and marketing efforts.
ReviewKarma is NOT a mystery shopper company, we do NOT represent our clients to shop on their behalf. The data we gather may or may not be our client's own products. It's common for our clients to use our service to gather feedback for the market they're in. This is why we need our reviewers to have sufficient writing skills for the products or websites they're reviewing.
Because of the limited availability we have for full time reviewers, we offer Trial Reviewer positions to our applicants so we can evaluate their skill level. As a Trial Reviewer you will be paid $9.00 USD an hour + any expense incurred by the initial trial purchase for the reviews we assign to you. Upon accepting the Trial Reviewer position, we will send you 3 assignments within 24-48 hours. You will have 24 hours to complete your reviews, otherwise they will be removed from your account. If your trial reviews are exceptional, we can decide to place you higher on the waiting list or simply create a new opening for you.
Some assignments will require a small purchase (usually a trial purchase between $1-$5) These expense will be stated on each assignment and will be reimbursed with your pay (on the 1st or 16th of each month) depending on when your assignment was completed (e.g. If you completed an assignment on the 10th of July, your pay and any reimbursement will be sent on the 16th of July). All payments will be made via check or PayPal of your choosing.
